Dear Parents and Carers

 

We are changing the way in which we record and report medical conditions and accidents/illnesses.

 

We have signed up to a new system called Medical Tracker and some of the functions available to us are:

 

• Incident/accident recording

• First aid recording

• Administering medication recording

• Tracking medication expiry dates

• Manage medical conditions

 

Parents/Carers do NOT need to download any new apps or sign in to any new websites; all you need to do is ensure that we have your up-to-date email address so that we can send these notifications to the main carer as and when they happen.

 

Naturally, if your child has a serious accident/injury or is taken ill and needs to go home we will still contact you by telephone, or your emergency contacts if you are unavailable.
