Year 6 Turtle Class Term 3

Based on the book “Photographs in the Mud”- a tale of soldiers going off to war- Turtle class created their own informal letters to be sent home to their loved-ones from the front lines.

Having identified the appropriate features for the style of writing, the children excelled at writing in role as characters they clearly identified with strongly.

As you can see, the final outcomes were excellent!
