Rabbit class have had a busy term so far filled with lots of different and exciting learning! In our Maths lessons, we have been exploring money. We’ve looked at different coins and notes, using these to solve different problems. We particularly enjoyed role playing, shopkeepers and figuring out which coins and notes we needed to use. This term, we have been continuing our coast topic and extended this into our art lessons. Using acrylic paints, we’ve explored colour mixing the primary colours as well as looking at different techniques such as pointillism and sgraffito - can’t wait to see how our final piece turns out! The children also completed their sponsored mile with the help of our lovely lollipop lady. Everyone enjoyed themselves chanting ‘We’re walking a mile’ as we marched off around the field!
