Over the past term, the children have learnt about Light and Shadows. They have looked at how shadows are formed and how light travels. Through investigations, the children explored various materials which were transparent, translucent or opaque. Flamingo Class had an amazing Science lesson where they were investigating how shadows can change. Flamingo Class were also lucky enough to be able to create props for the Year 6 Production, Blast From The Past. They enjoyed a workshop with Artist and Set Designer, Jo Dyer.  Within the activities, the children learnt how to sew - knickers!
