Jellyfish class has had an amazing week of learning!

In our English lessons, the class has been writing a detailed description of an ancient city. They have used fronted adverbials, expanded noun phrases and figurative language to add details for the audience. They did brilliantly.

In our Geography lesson this week, the children explored their local environment in relation to Physical features. They looked at the impact of the weather on features such as the grass and on humans.

Within our French learning, the children learnt all about the names of animals in French. They explored speaking and listening to the pronunciation of the animals and then consolidated their learning through matching the correct animals with their French names.
